For all your oral, dental and jaw surgery needs in Fethiye, Europe Smile Center offers advanced surgical treatment with oral & maxillofacial surgery specialist Dr. Dt. Ozan Akıncı — from a simple impacted-tooth operation to bone-reinforcement procedures and advanced zygomatic implants and guided implant surgery, using digital planning and modern surgical techniques.
Every surgical procedure begins with a detailed examination, digital imaging (panoramic / 3D CBCT) and a personalised treatment plan. Our aim is to complete the procedure as comfortably, safely and predictably as possible.

Frequently asked questions
Will I feel pain during oral surgery?
No. All surgical procedures are performed under local anaesthesia, so you won’t feel pain during the procedure — only, at times, a mild sensation of pressure, which is completely normal. Any mild swelling or tenderness afterwards is easily managed with the recommended medication and simple care.
How long does impacted-tooth removal take?
It depends on the difficulty of the case, but a single impacted-tooth operation is usually completed within 20–50 minutes.
Who are zygomatic implants suitable for?
Patients with advanced upper-jaw bone loss who cannot have conventional implants. Suitability is confirmed after an examination and a CBCT scan.
